Kokomo Grills offers returns within 30 days of the original purchase date for eligible non-special-order items that are unused, in original resalable condition, and in their original unopened packaging. Approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee, and all original and return shipping charges are non-refundable and the responsibility of the customer. Certain items, including special orders, manufactured orders, floor models, and dent-and-scratch products, are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.
